Over the course of eight weeks, I will guide and encourage you to achieve your weight loss goals. You'll not only drop dress sizes and burn off unhealthy body fat, but you'll also gain more energy, sleep better, and understand your triggers. Most importantly, you'll learn how to nourish your body with what it needs so you never have to yo-yo diet again.
We'll focus on a balanced diet that includes carbohydrates, protein, and dietary fats. We'll also work on your mindset and discover why you may sabotage yourself and how you can work around any negative behaviours and beliefs that are holding you back.
You’ll be eating real food, not shakes or supplements, and I will show you that by reducing your carbohydrate intake, your body will start burning fat as fuel through a process called Nutritional Ketosis. What you may not know is our bodies are designed to be able to burn two types of fuel - glucose or ketones.
